What decoration ideas should i incorporate for a Jurassic Park/Theater themed 22nd B-day party?

I'm planning my 22nd birthday party and I would like to do a Jurassic Park theme, although I am highly considering an Avatar theme instead. So far I've come up with christmas lights as theater running lights on the floor, theater style movie posters, and maybe a blacklight. I need ideas that use everyday things or that would be very inexpensive and easy. Any ideas?
