What are some cute rainboots decoration ideas?

Okay I got these brown,rubber,comfy,warm rainboots but there's 1 problem....they're plain brown and don't look that cute?? Are there any decoration ideas to make my boots look pretty(the decoration would probably be best if it's waterproof)????
