What are some good decoration ideas?

I need some good decoration ideas that will look very formal and pretty... There is no theme to the party so no need to worry about that haha... I just need some colors that match well together and decorations that will make a room look stunning without breaking the bank... I would really appreciate your thoughts... Thanks.

1. You could buy some streamers and lots of balloons and hang them up everywhere...if decide to go with a theme then buy somethings that color or that goes along with the theme..you can make lots of decoration yourself.. hope this helps

Why don't you go with a natural theme.. river stones in bowls and glasses with water, floating candles and pillows.... fresh local picked flowers everywhere... birch branches, pussy willows, cat tails in tall vases or hurricane vases from walmart (like 2 or 3 bucks) You can use the glass from walmart everywhere.. use lemons for color or oranges and fill tall clear glass.. use them for the flowers the stones.. you can dye the water with food coloring.. you can collect those cool tree vines and use them for decorations or make a trellis or that thing you walk through (lol dk the name) You can use vined or string your own flowers.. get a bird bath.. if it's in your own yard build a fire pit from stones from local rivers.. buy a pump from a hardware store and make your own mini waterfall ... and of course candles everywhere.. and lots of white .. invest in a couple cans of white rod iron spray paint and keep your eyes open for cool things on the side of the road like a chandalier light .. for a candle holder .. or a fence piece for a trellis.. or a bench...cool chairs..etc then get paper white lanterns .. all shapes and sizes ikea has good ones if you are close to china town .. they have nice stuff .. anymore ideas email me..
